Construction-Tech Startup · Hong Kong · 2–4 years experience 📍 Hong Kong - HKSTP office 🕐 Full-time // About the Role We are looking for a Project Engineer to coordinate delivery and support of our construction site IoT systems, mainly intelligent scaffolding monitoring system. Clients include private developers (residential), government works departments (civil) and public housing bodies. // Responsibilities Coordinate project delivery end-to-end for construction IoT systems, from contract award to go-live — installation scheduling, equipment and materials, handover Act as the main point of contact for clients and site teams following up on enquiries, system alerts and after-sales support Coordinate with the IoT engineering team and installation team to ensure on-time delivery Prepare project progress reports, monitoring data summaries and documents as needed Build and maintain project trackers, standard project workflows and support SOPs to help the business scale Gather client and site feedback and relay it to the product and engineering teams Support the sales team with technical Q&A, product demos and information for quotations Leverage AI tools to increase productivity // Requirements Degree in Civil Engineering, Building Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline 2–4 years of project coordination or site engineering experience in the construction industry Familiar with Hong Kong site operations; knowledge of scaffolding works and safety requirements i
