Your main tasks will be: Monitor the health of products and infrastructure and handle incoming alerts (150–250 per shift) Analyze alerts using Grafana dashboards, Zabbix metrics, and internal documentation, then fix the issue or escalate it Follow runbooks and instructions and do first-level troubleshooting on Linux and Windows servers Support the primary and senior duty administrators and join the response during major incidents Cover the primary duty shift on your own after onboarding, working with a team spread across several locations We expect from you: 2+ years in system administration, monitoring, NOC/duty operations, or technical support
