Описание

We are looking for a curious, conscientious, and fast-learning Senior Software Engineer to join our growing, distributed team supporting a federal government client at Coforma. Senior Software Engineers are critical members of our engineering team who contribute to the technical vision and strategy of the products we deliver. In this role, you'll work with cross-functional teams at Coforma across engineering, design, product, and program management, as well as directly with end users and external client stakeholders. You'll help ensure that Coforma's capabilities, values, and technical strategies lead to successful outcomes for the staff, end users, and their beneficiaries who rely on this system. This position requires a blend of hands-on engineering depth, strategic thinking, and strong communication skills. You'll build and operate production services, raise the quality bar across the team, and help lead the incremental modernization of the platform, extracting capability out of Dynamics into well-tested Azure services so the system can be maintained by a broader set of engineers over time.
