Overview We are seeking a Systems Engineer, Advisor to serve as an experienced technical resource within the Enterprise Applications team. This role supports the design, delivery, maintenance, documentation, and continuous improvement of enterprise application and infrastructure services that enable business operations and software engineering teams. The Advisor provides technical guidance, operational support, and cross-functional coordination for shared technology services such as Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Entra ID, monitoring and observability, patch and vulnerability management, Azure AVD/VDI, certificate lifecycle processes, identity-related services, third-party application stewardship, and related enterprise service capabilities. The Advisor works independently on assigned responsibilities while collaborating with team members and stakeholders on broader initiatives. The role contributes to technical standards and service practices, strengthens operational maturity, and helps keep assigned services reliable, secure, supportable, well documented, and aligned with enterprise architecture and business needs.
