Become a part of our caring community The Senior Business Systems Analyst performs analysis of business, process and user needs, documentation of requirements, cost/benefit analysis and translation into proper system requirement specifications. This position works on assignments involving moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. The Senior Business Systems Analyst formulates and defines systems and objectives based on both user needs and a good understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements. Devises or modifies procedures and processes to solve complex problems considering computing capacity and limitations, operating time, and form of desired results. Validates benefits achieved from solution implementation. Begins to influence department's strategy. Make decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments. The Senior Business Systems Analyst will support business-critical initiatives across OneHome’s business operations, including platform modernization, operational enhancements, production support, and regulatory changes.
