With bold growth plans and strong momentum across multiple markets, we’re now looking for Backend Developers for our next phase of growth. About the Role As a Backend Developer at Qred, you will take end-to-end ownership of some systems that power our financial products. You will bridge the gap between technical execution and business impact by building scalable infrastructure while actively contributing to our transition into an agentic-first fintech. This mission-driven role offers the autonomy to implement solutions using agentic AI. This will directly improve the experience of thousands of small businesses. Key responsibilities Build secure, scalable backend services and third-party integrations that align with our long-term architectural vision. Collaborate closely with other engineers to design efficient solution and their implementations. Deploy, test, and monitor production code while maintaining proper logging, tracing, and system health dashboards. Drive the implementation of AI frameworks and automated agents to shift our platform toward an agentic-first operating model. Mitigate technical risk
