£72,000 GBP Hybrid WORKING Location: Manchester, North West - United Kingdom Type: Permanent An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Cloud Engineer / AWS Developer to join a specialist engineering team delivering secure, mission-critical technology for UK National Security customers. The role offers the chance to design, develop, deploy and maintain cloud-native applications and services on Amazon Web Services (AWS), supporting systems that contribute to the UK's national security and law enforcement capabilities. Working within an autonomous, Agile DevOps team, the successful candidate will collaborate closely with engineers, stakeholders and end-users to understand complex business challenges and deliver innovative, reliable and scalable cloud solutions. The position offers exposure to varied projects, evolving technologies and technically challenging environments, alongside opportunities to develop expertise within a wider engineering community. This is an excellent opportunity for an AWS specialist who enjoys hands-on engineering, takes ownership of the full software delivery lifecycle and wants to apply their technical skills to work with a meaningful national impact.
