The Role: We are seeking a Senior Implementation Engineer to lead the deployment of Nuix solutions in customer environments across North and South America. This customer-facing role combines deep infrastructure expertise with strong communication skills. You’ll design, deploy, and validate Nuix in public cloud, private cloud, and on-premises environments, working with customers’ infrastructure, security, and application teams, and with our own Support, Product, and Engineering teams. Nuix solutions are embracing AI capabilities to streamline customers’ work, and this role will help make sure the platform underneath is solid.
