Salary : $105,000~$125,000/y, DOEWork Location: Irvine, CA **Korean Bilingual Required** The Power BI Reporting Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, and optimizing enterprise business intelligence and reporting solutions using Microsoft Power BI. This role transforms business requirements into interactive dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions that support strategic and operational decision-making across MPA and affiliated organizations.The engineer will work closely with business users, data engineers, database administrators, and IT teams to ensure reporting solutions are accurate, scalable, secure, and aligned with business objectives. Key ResponsibilitiesReport & Dashboard Development· Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards.· Create interactive visualizations, scorecards, and executive dashboards.· Develop reusable report templates and visualization standards.· Optimize report performance and user experience.· Support enterprise reporting initiatives across departments. Data Modeling & Analytics· Design and maintain Power BI semantic models.· Develop star schema and dimensional models for reporting.· Create DAX measures, calculations, KPIs, and business logic.· Implement row-level security (RLS) and data access controls.· Support self-service BI and governed analytics solutions.
