About the role We are seeking a skilled and hands-on Fleet Management Software Engineer to develop software systems for coordinating AGVs, AMRs, autonomous forklifts, and other mobile robots within warehouse and industrial environments. This role focuses on fleet-level software, including robot assignment, task scheduling, traffic management, mission execution, charging coordination, VDA 5050 compliance, and integration with Warehouse Control Systems and third-party robot fleets. The successful candidate should have a strong software engineering background with good knowledge of mobile robotics, ROS, AMR architecture, and distributed systems. This position does not focus on developing onboard localization, SLAM, perception, navigation, or low-level vehicle-control software. Beyond technical execution, the successful candidate will demonstrate strong engineering discipline and cross-functional collaboration to support standardized, scalable, and maintainable product delivery.
