Role: Veeva Application Specialist Location: emagine office in Porto, Portugal working onsite 4 days per week and 1 day remote Start Date: ASAP About the department The MDM & Quality Solutions Department is part of the Data, Integrations and AI area within the Global Digital Data & IT organization. We are striving to support the business by developing and maintaining applications that make day-to-day life easier for employees so they can focus on serving our customers. About the job We are searching for a Veeva Application Specialist to assist with application maintenance, configurations, and general support tasks of our Veeva Quality Suite, Veeva Clinical Vault, and Veeva Promomats Applications, which manage global quality and compliance processes. This role will require project-based work and a level of programming experience (e.g., JavaScript, Python, VBA) as well as advanced Excel skills. Experience with data migration is a plus. Daily tasks will include: Screening, evaluating, and handling change requests Ensuring that documentation requirements are met Prioritizing development requests and creating minimum viable solutions Translating business needs into technical solutions and configuring them Collaborating with software vendors and ensuring compliance with procedures and standards Providing L2/L3 support Your onboarding will include virtual classroom training, side-by-side training, and hands-on mentoring.
