We offer that Due to continued growth, we are hiring an experienced Power Platform Solution Architect & Developer who combines enterprise architecture expertise with hands-on development capability. The role involves designing and delivering new business applications, enhance and modernise existing solutions, and ensure that all implementations align with enterprise architecture, security, data, integration, governance, and application lifecycle management standards. The successful candidate must demonstrate current, in-depth knowledge of established and emerging Power Platform capabilities and be able to select appropriate technologies based on business requirements, security, scalability, maintainability, supportability, licensing, and cost. Key Responsibilities Design scalable, secure, and maintainable Power Platform solution architecture. Lead discovery and technical design workshops to capture functional and non-functional requirements, assess constraints and dependencies, evaluate solution options, and translate agreed requirements into scalable, secure, supportable, and maintainable solution designs. Provide technical leadership and mentoring to developers, consultants, and business analysts. Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and data governance standards. Establish development standards, conduct design, code, configuration, security, and release-readiness reviews to ensure solutions are testable, supportable, documented, and suitable f
