Performs systems maintenance and improvement activities to support the effectiveness of the Grid and Market Solutions (GMS) suite of systems and applications. The suite includes ICCP/SCADA, Energy Management System (EMS), Voltage and Transient Stability (VSAT/TSAT) systems, PMU System, Itron Load Forecasting System, Operator Training Simulator (OTS), Data Historian (PI), Network Model Management System (NMMS), Market Management System (MMS), Outage Scheduler (OS), Congestion Revenue Rights (CRR) System, Grid Planning systems, Resource Integration system and Control Room Situational Awareness tools.
