Our client is an established FinTech company delivering innovative digital solutions to major global brands. They operate in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with an enduring focus on quality, performance, and modern technology. They are now seeking to hire a Senior Ruby on Rails Developer to design, develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise-grade FinTech applications. This role is essential for delivering new features, system enhancements, and seamless integrations across an established financial services platform. Job Responsibilities Development and Engineering Design, develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Ruby on Rails Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and integrations with external financial services platforms Write clean, secure, well-structured, and thoroughly tested code following established best practices Contribute to the ongoing enhancement, security, and modernisation of the core platform including framework upgrades Analysis and Problem Solving Analyse business and technical requirements to translate them into reliable and scalable software solutions Investigate and resolve complex technical issues including application performance and production defects Work independently on complex and business-critical development assignments Collaboration and Delivery Take ownership of assigned tasks to ensure high-quality solutions are delivered within agreed project timelines Participate in the full software development lifecycle includi
