Описание

We are looking for an experienced System Architect with strong Java development skills to join a technology team working on modern, scalable IT systems for a leading company in the insurance sector. This is a hands-on technical role combining software architecture, active development, and technical leadership. The successful candidate will spend approximately 75% of their time coding, while also guiding the development team, making architectural decisions, and ensuring high standards of software quality. The role offers an opportunity to contribute to the design and development of microservices-based applications, drive technical improvements, and collaborate closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional technology teams. Key responsibilities Act as a Technical Lead within a Scrum team, providing technical guidance and supporting the team in day-to-day development. Actively develop and implement business requirements using Java. Design, develop, and evolve system architectures, microservices, and distributed systems. Collaborate with the Product Owner and business stakeholders to clarify requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Define and maintain coding standards, architectural principles, and integration guidelines. Conduct code reviews and ensure high standards of code quality, maintainability, and performance.
