Job Description Position title: Project Coordinator Reports to: Project Manager / Program Director Department: Delivery / PMO Location: Middle East and Africa Job Overview As a Project Coordinator at LigaData, you will support the successful planning, execution, and delivery of projects across customer engagements and internal initiatives. You will work closely with Project Managers, cross-functional teams, and clients to ensure clear communication, accurate project tracking, and timely delivery of milestones. Your primary focus will be on coordinating project activities, maintaining detailed project plans using MS Project, facilitating stakeholder communication, and ensuring alignment between technical teams and business objectives. You will play a key role in maintaining structure, visibility, and accountability across all project phases. Responsibilities Project Planning & Scheduling: Support Project Managers in developing and maintaining comprehensive project plans using MS Project. Create, update, and track schedules, milestones, dependencies, and resource allocations. Monitor progress against baselines and highlight variances, risks, or delays. Ensure all project documentation, timelines, and deliverables are consistently maintained and up to date. Project Management Support: Assist in coordinating day-to-day project activities across technical, product, and customer teams. Track action items, risks, issues, and change requests, ensuring proper follow-up and resolution
