Location: Remote, Canada Contract Duration: 12 months Compensation CAD $52–55/hour About the Role Aequilibrium (AEQ) is a digital consulting and implementation company that partners with organizations to design and deliver modern technology solutions. We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join our team for a 12-month client engagement focused on modernizing legacy systems and delivering scalable, secure, cloud-native digital services. In this role, you will contribute to front-end and back-end development, API integrations, cloud infrastructure, and automated delivery pipelines. You will collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams, participate in technical design decisions, and provide technical guidance and knowledge transfer to internal client teams. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain modern full-stack web applications using Python, Flask, Vue.js, Nuxt, JavaScript, and TypeScript. Build responsive, accessible user interfaces using HTML5, modern CSS/SCSS, and contemporary front-end development practices. Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services using Python 3.13, Flask, SQLAlchemy, and Alembic. Design and implement event-driven integrations using GCP Pub/Sub and CloudEvents. Implement secure authentication and authorization using Keycloak and JWT.
