Your Mission: The Manager of Cybersecurity Architecture & Engineering is responsible for leading the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of enterprise cybersecurity architecture, engineering standards, and security technology solutions across the organization. This role ensures secure-by-design principles across applications, infrastructure, and cloud environments and drives adoption of enterprise security standards and modern engineering practices, with a strong emphasis on cloud security. This role also leads a team of cybersecurity professionals, including coaching, performance management, and aligning team performance to business and security objectives. How You’ll Make an Impact: Define and drive adoption of enterprise security architecture standards, practices, and guardrails across the organization Design and maintain cybersecurity architecture patterns, reference architectures, and engineering standards to enable consistent, secure-by-design implementations Lead the design and implementation of secure cloud architectures across AWS, Azure, and GCP, and contribute hands-on to complex or high-risk initiatives when needed Ensure alignment with security frameworks such as NIST and COBIT by translating th
