At Microsoft AI, we build the frontier models and products that reach millions of people, from pretraining through post-training, evaluation, and launch. The infrastructure behind this work operates at massive scale, requiring tight coordination across datacenter buildout, capacity delivery, cluster bring-up, platform readiness, and production operations. We are looking for a Technical Program Manager for Supercomputing to organize and drive the end-to-end portfolio required to deliver and operate the large-scale AI infrastructure supporting Microsoft AI. This role will connect programs across the full infrastructure lifecycle: Buildout → Bring-up → Operationalize You will partner closely with MAI leadership, Supercomputing engineering teams, capacity and infrastructure owners, and Azure partner organizations to translate MAI strategy and capacity needs into coordinated execution across infrastructure delivery, cluster readiness, validation, and production operations. This role will establish operating mechanisms that connect priorities, execution, risks, dependencies, and decision-making across Supercomputing programs. You will need enough technical depth to engage credibly across datacenter infrastructure, compute, GPU systems, networking, storage, cluster bring-up, schedulers, platform services, and production operations, combined with the program leadership required to drive complex initiatives across organizational boundaries.
