We are seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to help deliver the next generation of High-Performance Computing (HPC) and AI Infrastructure – driving programs that bring together cutting-edge hardware, software and datacenter operations. As a TPM, you will work across hardware, engineering, software systems, supply chain and data center delivery teams to manage schedules, track dependencies, and ensure operational readiness for AI cluster deployments. This role is ideal for individuals who are technically curious, highly organized, and eager to grow within a fast-paced environment at the forefront of AI innovation. Responsibilities Program Delivery and Execution: Support planning and execution of AI and HPC Infrastructure programs from design through deployment. Track program milestones, schedules, risks and dependencies across hardware, software, and operations Drive cross-functional coordination and maintain alignment across partner teams. Manage weekly program syncs and executive reporting through dashboards, trackers, and scorecards. Technical Collaborations: Partner with MAI engineering teams to understand compute, GPU, and interconnect requirements for AI workloads. Support configuration management, validation testing and performance benchmarking for HPC systems. Help define and manage MAI POR, capacity forecasts and system readiness metrics.
