At Weave, we’re building the operating system for small healthcare practices — powering communication, payments, and now AI-driven experiences for thousands of businesses and millions of patients. We are looking for a passionate Mobile Developer to join our fully remote mobile engineering team in India. In this role, you will help build scalable, fast, and visually engaging mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms from a single codebase. You will collaborate closely with product designers, backend teams, and senior developers to deliver features that directly impact our users' day-to-day operations. Our ideal candidate takes initiative without waiting for direction. They care deeply about customer impact as much as clear architecture and enjoys resolving ambiguity and influencing technical decisions. This role is remote within India This role reports to the Engineering Manager What you will own Build Features: Develop smooth, cross-platform UI components for both iOS and Android using Flutter and Dart. Integrate Systems: Connect our mobile application to backend APIs and handle local data management efficiently.
