We are seeking expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay to support our upcoming global compensation campaign. We require support with end-to-end configuration across multiple countries, ensuring that regional requirements and global standards are accurately reflected. We expect expertise in translating business and functional requirements into robust technical configurations within SuccessFactors. The engagement will include configuration validation, unit testing, user acceptance testing support, documentation, and issue resolution. We also require strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, HR teams, and other project participants. Following the campaign rollout, we will need ongoing functional support and guidance to maintain solution quality and business continuity. Objectives and Deliverables We aim to deliver a well-configured, thoroughly tested, and globally aligned SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay campaign supported by clear documentation and reliable post-launch expertise. Configure SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay programs for a global organization with multiple country setups. Translate business and functional requirements into scalable, accurate, and compliant technical configurations.
