Who you’ll be working with: If you have a strong background in IT, computer science, or software engineering, and are analytical, technologically savvy, solutions and process-focused, then the Technology & Operations team may be for you! You will be responsible for the following: Agile Facilitation & Team Coaching - Program, design, and assist with Agile framework activities, including daily stand-ups, iteration reviews, and sprint planning meetings involving the team, initiative owners, and stakeholders. Evaluate the Scrum maturity of the squad and guide them toward advanced stages at a sustainable pace. Enable process activities by inspiring the team to Strategic Alignment & Project Planning - Facilitate alignment on initiative outcomes, scope, and deliverables with senior management and stakeholders, ensuring they match the organization’s Value Delivery Stream. Support initiative/product owners in developing the inception deck and identifying necessary squad resources. Execution, Quality & Vendor Management - Direct and manage initiative tasks and development from beginning to end to produce intended outcomes.
