Who you’ll be working with: If you have a strong background in IT, computer science, or software engineering, and are analytical, technologically savvy, solutions and process-focused, then the Technology & Operations team may be for you! You’ll be responsible for the following: The Product Owner reports to the Product Management Head and is responsible for defining the product vision and managing the product development process. Creates the feature sets, business and user stories needed for the product Consults relevant teams and stakeholders to come up with design and product specification document Communicates product/program vision and intent to all applicable stakeholders Decides on the prioritization of the delivery team for the appropriate sprint together with the Scrum Master and grooms the product backlogs, breaking down epics and estimating user stories Conducts research to identify Cyber Security and Fraud solutions Leads the vendor selection assessment process including POC, RFI/RFP and vendor discussions Participates in meetings that involve internal and external tribe members such as but not limited to POC, RFP/RFI, Daily Stand Up, Design Sessions, Triage Meetings, etc. Manages post launch activit
