Your role You’ll join a small platform team that works with nearly every engineering team at Turnkey. Your job is to help the whole org build faster, scale more confidently, and make better decisions, through the tooling you build, the practices you establish, and the systemic problems you find and fix before they become incidents. You’ll work independently across product and infrastructure teams on scaling and performance, gathering requirements and constraints from each team and turning them into shared solutions.
