In this role, you will lead the discovery, analysis, and delivery of key digital transformation initiatives, including our Partner Portal, Learning Management System (LMS), and Support Platform. Acting as a strategic liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, you will drive cross-functional collaboration and ensure that business needs are translated into scalable, high-impact solutions. You will be expected to understand user requirements, analyze business processes, facilitate workshops, develop clear documentation, and support project delivery within Agile environments. WHAT YOU'LL DO Collaborate with business units (Sales, Marketing, Support, Product, Training, Technology, etc.) to identify needs and pain points across digital platforms. Lead discovery sessions, stakeholder interviews, and requirements workshops. Capture and document detailed business requirements, process flows, use cases, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
