ALTEN is looking for a Systems Engineer with strong expertise in requirements management to support complex engineering programmes throughout the system lifecycle.The successful candidate will drive the capture, analysis, decomposition, verification and validation of requirements while ensuring traceability across business, stakeholder and system-level needs.This role is particularly suited to candidates with experience in structured systems engineering environments and exposure to Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE).Key Responsibilities Capture, analyse and manage stakeholder, customer and business requirements.Develop and maintain requirements hierarchies and traceability throughout the project lifecycle.Decompose requirements into system and subsystem level specifications.Support requirements v
