About This Role As a Senior Techno-Functional Analyst – Supply Planning & External Collaboration, you will play a key role in supporting Biogen’s global supply chain planning operations, with a particular focus on supply and demand planning. You will act as the primary IT expert for supply planning applications, working closely with business stakeholders to ensure systems are effectively implemented, supported, and continuously improved. You will combine hands-on technical expertise with a strong understanding of supply chain planning processes to translate business requirements into practical IT solutions. A key priority will be supporting the implementation and long-term adoption of Kinaxis , Biogen’s advanced planning system. You will become part of the dedicated Kinaxis Center of Excellence (CoE), helping drive system adoption, troubleshoot issues, deliver enhancements, and build confidence among business users. What You’ll Do Serve as the primary IT point of contact in Baar for supply and demand planning applications, particularly Kinaxis. Support the implementation, ongoing optimization, and long-term adoption of Kinaxis as part of the dedicated Center of Excellence.
