THE ROLE: Everpure goes to market through partners, and every partner interaction depends on a business process: how a partner is onboarded, how program compliance is done, how exceptions are submitted, reviewed and approved, how new business requirements reach IT. Today, much of that knowledge lives in people's heads. We are seeking a hands-on business process leader to change that. As a Business Process Manager, you will own the development and documentation of every business process related to partners. You will capture how work actually gets done today, build a single, trusted source of truth for partner processes, and use it to drive standardization, improvement and automation. You will work closely with the GPO teams, Partner Operations, and our partners to become the go-to expert on how partner work flows across Everpure.
