Job Description: Parsons is looking for a project manager who will be responsible for leading enterprise software implementation and technology transformation projects across a client organization, with an initial focus on the implementation of a Human Resources Information System (HRIS). This role manages the full project lifecycle, including planning, requirements gathering, vendor coordination, system implementation, data migration, testing, training, organizational change management, deployment, and post-implementation support. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, Information Technology, vendors, consultants, and executive leadership to deliver technology solutions that improve operational efficiency, data quality, user experience, and business performance. While the initial assignment will focus on the HRIS implementation, the role may lead additional enterprise software implementations and business transformation projects as organizational priorities evolve.
