Combining hands-on engineering expertise with technical leadership, you will drive the design and delivery of scalable, resilient, and cloud-native solutions that power critical business services across the bank. Working with Java 21, Spring Boot, Kafka, AWS, and modern engineering practices, you will guide architecture decisions, mentor engineers, and help establish engineering excellence across teams. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, influencing technology strategy, and enabling teams to deliver high-quality solutions at scale.
