We partner closely with customers, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to solve complex problems for some of the world's leading life sciences organizations.   WHAT YOU'LL DO AT H1 We’re looking for a Lead Product Designer to own design end to end on high-impact initiatives across the H1 platform. H1 is a fast-moving company where priorities evolve quickly and design has a direct line to the business. You’ll take projects from early discovery through to shipped, polished solutions, working independently while keeping the Design Director informed on direction, risks, and priorities. Your focus areas will be set based on company priorities, so you’ll ramp up quickly on new problem
