About Destro AI Destro AI is building the intelligence layer for robotics — the system that coordinates robots, humans, and workflows across complex real-world operations. Founded by former leaders from HAI Robotics, Dexterity, and Matic, Destro is built on a simple thesis: robotics has solved movement, but not decision-making. About The Role We're hiring a Business Operations Lead to be the connective tissue between customers, sales, engineering, and the field once a deal closes. Robotics deployments are messy: they involve physical sites, live operations, and multiple internal teams that need to move in sync. This role exists to make that coordination systematic instead of ad hoc, covering everything from a signed contract through a stable, running customer site and the internal systems that support the sales and engineering teams behind it.
