Make an impact with us Would you like to work with IT security in some of Sweden’s most demanding and business-critical IT environments? Pointsharp helps large enterprises, government agencies, and other security-conscious organizations implement strong authentication and secure access using X.509 certificates, smart cards, and passkeys in Microsoft-based IT environments. Our products have been developed over more than 20 years in close collaboration with organizations with exceptionally high requirements for security, availability, and usability. We are now looking for a Senior Product Specialist who wants to work closely with our customers and play a key role in the installation, implementation, and continued development of our solutions. About the role As a Senior Product Specialist, you will become part of our experienced team of technical specialists. Your primary focus will be on technical installation and implementation projects for our customers. You will work closely with our customers' IT and security teams, as well as Pointsharp product specialists, product owners, and sales teams. You will follow projects throughout their lifecycle — from technical planning and installation through verification, documentation, and handover to operations and support. This role is ideal for someone with extensive experience in Microsoft enterprise environments who enjoys combining technical problem-solving with customer interaction and knowledge sharing.
