You'll work at the forefront of AI, exploring emerging technologies, rapidly prototyping new ideas, and transforming promising innovations into production-ready solutions that create measurable business impact. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining deep technical expertise with experimentation and discovery. You'll continuously evaluate new AI capabilities, conduct research and proof of concepts, and help identify opportunities where AI can unlock new customer and business value. You'll work across Generative AI, Agentic AI, Machine Learning, and LLMs , helping deliver innovative capabilities that create real business value. What you’ll own Assess, Design, build, optimize and deploy ML/AI models, Foundational models for real-world applications Continuously research and evaluate emerging AI technologies, models, Prototype new AI capabilities, and run proof-of-concepts. Collaborate with business and technology teams to identify high-value use cases Drive a culture of innovation through experimentation, knowledge sharing, and continuous learning. Help define best practices, technical standards, and reusable patterns for AI development across the organization.
