About the Job: The Red Hat Engineering team is looking for a talented and versatile Senior Software Engineer. Our mission is to deliver a next generation platform for building, testing and releasing artifacts to deliver Red Hat products and services using open hybrid cloud technologies while focusing on innovation and security. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing the next-gen productization pipeline, optimizing our systems, and ensuring a seamless user experience in a fast-paced, evolving environment. This position requires a proactive problem solver who is passionate about delivering high-quality solutions and continuously improving our systems. You will work with Red Hat’s latest open source technologies, such as Kubernetes, Tekton, ArgoCD, Terraform and OpenShift. You will also work closely with Red Hat’s leading product development teams, QE, SRE, product management, and other stakeholders worldwide, working with a stable team in an agile environment to deliver services for Red Hat teams and customers. What you will do? Design, develop, and implement new features based on evolving business requirements. Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to understand user needs and translate them into technical solutions. Investigate, diagnose, and resolve software defects. Ensure that all code changes maintain or improve system stability and performance. Assist users by troubleshooting issues and providing technical support when needed. Gather user feedb
