We are looking for a talented Associate Data Engineer to join Wildlife’s Operations team in São Paulo, Brazil. Sitting at the intersection of business strategy, technology, and execution, our Operations organization spans Finance, Corporate Development, People, and Legal. We're on a mission to transform these functions into an AI-native operation, fundamentally rethinking how work gets done. This is where you come in. You will play a critical role in driving this transformation, sitting at the center of the AI revolution within our business. You will design, build, and maintain the data pipelines, AI-powered workflows, and automation systems that replace manual processes, unlock new capabilities, and enable our teams to operate at a whole new level of scale and efficiency. What you'll do Build & Maintain Pipelines: Design, develop, and optimize data pipelines and integration scripts using Databricks, SQL, Python, and Git to automate workflows across the entire Operations team. Leverage AI-Powered Development Tools: Use AI coding assistants and agentic development tools to accelerate implementation, troubleshoot complex logic, and build, test, and iterate on high-quality automation solutions efficiently. Partner with Stakeholders: Collaborate closely with non-technical business partners to understand operational pain points, translate business logic into technical requirements, and deliver automated solutions.
