Описание

Accountabilities - Lead the end-to-end delivery of Salesforce programs, including project planning, execution, monitoring, deployment, and closeout. - Manage Agile delivery processes, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, release coordination, and continuous delivery improvements. - Coordinate DevSecOps activities across development, security, and operations teams to support secure and efficient software delivery. - Establish and maintain governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with applicable federal standards, security requirements, and organizational policies. - Engage and manage stakeholders across government agencies, business units, and technical teams to align priorities, communicate progress, and resolve delivery challenges. - Oversee production support and continuous improvement for enterprise Salesforce applications, ensuring reliability, usability, and operational effectiveness. - Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints across multiple workstreams. - Support enterprise deployment strategies, ensuring Salesforce solutions are scalable, performant, and aligned with long-term modernization objectives. - Provide leadership, direction, and guidance to cross-functional project teams, promoting collaboration, accountability, and consistent delivery standards. - Coordinate project schedules, resources, milestones, and deliverables to ensure successful execution within agreed requirements. - Support communication and rep
