The iScala ERP Techno-Functional Analyst will be part of the Bosch Home Comfort IT organization, responsible for delivering standardized, scalable, and business-aligned iScala ERP solutions across Order-to-Cash (O2C), Finance, and Supply Chain domains. This role spans the end-to-end product lifecycle, including strategy, architecture, design, implementation, deployment, and continuous optimization of iScala ERP solutions. The candidate will act as a functional and technical leader, driving solution architecture, product roadmap, and delivery governance, ensuring alignment with Bosch standards and global templates. Additionally, the role supports business–IT alignment, process standardization, and ERP modernization initiatives, including integration with enterprise platforms.Role & Responsibilities Strategy & Conceptualization: • Align iScala ERP solutions across Order-to-Cash (O2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Record-to- Report (RTR) with overall business and IT strategy • Collaborate with Business Process Owners (Finance, Commercial, Supply Chain) to understand business needs and translate them into scalable system solutions • Identify opportunities for the process op
