Job Description Summary GE HealthCare is seeking a highly experienced Staff Software Engineer to join the Software Builder Tools (SBT) team in Bangalore, India. In this role, you will be responsible for the strategy, scalability, reliability, and operational excellence of the software development platforms used across GE HealthCare engineering organizations. You will partner with software product development teams to ensure critical engineering tools remain highly available, secure, compliant, and capable of supporting the delivery of New Product Introductions (NPIs) and commercial software products. You will serve as a technical leader driving the roadmap and operational health of enterprise software engineering platforms such as GitLab, Coverity, JFrog Artifactory, Sonar, SwaggerHub, and related DevSecOps tooling while identifying opportunities to simplify processes, improve developer productivity, and implement responsible AI capabilities across the software development lifecycle.
