Overview We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and technically curious Cloud Operations(SRE) Intern to join our CloudOps team. The intern will gain hands-on experience in day-to-day cloud operations, monitoring and incident triage, infrastructure automation and CI/CD, cloud cost management (FinOps), security and compliance, and AI-assisted operations while collaborating with experienced cloud engineers, and application development teams.Our intent is to develop an engineer who can understand the platform end to end, connect application and business needs to reliable, secure, and cost-efficient cloud operations, evaluate state-of-the-art automation approaches, and contribute to the implementation of intelligent and agentic operations solutions. Responsibilities • Understand the platform architecture (mainly AWS, with some Azure), the multi-account setup across production and non-production environments, service dependencies, deployment workflows, and the main reliability, security, and cost risks.• Assist with day-to-day cloud operations, including environment health checks, configuration reviews, access requests, backups, and resource inventory, starting in non-production environments under guidance.• Build and maintain monitoring for cloud services, including CloudWatch metrics, log-based metric filters, alarms, and dashboards, and help tune thresholds to reduce alert noise.• Participate in incident investigation and log triage; query logs and metrics with tools s
