Ready to Be a Titan? You'll be part of the Aspire engineering leadership team, responsible for the technical direction of quality and test automation across our platform. Aspire brings ServiceTitan's product to the green industry (landscaping, lawn care, and related field service businesses), supporting both web and mobile experiences for office staff and crews in the field. We're quality minded, use modern tooling, and need someone who can balance rapid iteration with high product quality standards while staying comfortable with ambiguity in complex cloud and mobile systems. We're looking for a highly technical, forward looking engineer to own the technical vision for test architecture and automation strategy on the squad, someone who wants to shape framework design, mentor a mixed seniority team, and drive an AI first approach to how automation gets built. What You'll Do: Own, end to end, the short and long term technical vision for test automation and quality architecture across cloud and mobile systems. Design, build, and scale resilient, reusable frameworks. Be accountable for major technical decisions on test strategy, partnering with the Quality Manager to define automation approaches across complex systems (a successful lead influences these decisions without having to make all of them alone).
