Mind Computing is seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to support federal growth, capture, and solution development initiatives, with a primary focus on the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and additional federal agencies including DoD, DHA, CMS, and HHS. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in designing complex enterprise technology solutions and translating federal requirements into practical, scalable, secure, and differentiated architectures across healthcare IT, cloud, data, interoperability, DevSecOps, cybersecurity, and AI/Generative AI. The candidate must reside within the continental US. Responsibilities Independently develop, write, and refine proposal-ready technical narratives for RFIs, RFQs, RFPs, task orders, white papers, and other federal pursuits, translating solicitation requirements and SME input into clear, persuasive, evaluator-focused responses. Develop and review technical proposal content, ensuring solutions are compliant, feasible, differentiated, and aligned with customer objectives and evaluation criteria. Partner with Growth, Capture, Proposal, Delivery, Engineering, Pricing, and Executive teams to develop technical solutions and win strategies. Lead and facilitate technical solutioning sessions, proposal reviews, color teams, oral presentations, and customer or partner discussions.
