Your Role As Senior DevOps Engineer on our Portal Infrastructure team, you're stepping into a role built for real impact. Our infrastructure is the backbone that lets the rest of the business move quickly and confidently, and we're looking for someone who can make that backbone stronger, smarter, and ready for scale. This isn't a maintenance role - it's a growth opportunity, for infrastructure and for you. What You'll Be Doing Keeping our web applications and services running smoothly, spotting and fixing bottlenecks before they become problems. Optimizing performance and cost across our systems, using the latest tools and approaches rather than settling for "good enough." Scaling our infrastructure to comfortably support a steadily growing, worldwide user base. Refining our deployment and release processes so shipping code feels fast, safe, and boring (in the best way). Helping product teams set up and improve CI/CD pipelines in GitLab, so they can move at their own pace.
