Role description As Senior Project Manager, you will join our central Project Management team in Reinbek, which leads the company's large and complex cross-functional projects and sets the standards for how projects are run across all of arethia's global locations. Join us during a pivotal growth phase and help create the foundations of a team that will drive meaningful transformation across the organisation. You will independently lead complex projects with senior stakeholders across departments, and you will be the person we turn to when a project has drifted off course and needs to be brought back on track. This is a delivery role first, and it is also a chance to shape how project management works in a growing, international company: you will contribute to our standards and methods, support colleagues who run their own projects and help build a project management community across our sites. As the team grows, so does the scope of what you can take on. Your Mission Project Leadership – Lead large, cross-functional projects independently from initiation to closure, including planning, governance, steering committees and stakeholder management. Problem Solving - Facilitate and actively participate in problem-solving sessions to drive project success Project Recovery – Take over projects that have drifted off course or lost their lead, diagnose what went wrong and re-establish structure as interim or permanent lead.
