Job Title : Software Engineer - Test Systems Reporting To: Manager, Engineering Work Schedule: Hybrid – Buffalo, NY Moog is seeking a Software Engineer to join our Test Systems Engineering Team, where you'll develop and deploy automated test solutions used to validate cutting-edge flight control actuation systems. This role blends software development, electrical engineering, systems integration, and hands-on problem solving, making it an excellent opportunity for engineers who enjoy working at the intersection of hardware and software. You'll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create advanced test systems that ensure the performance, reliability, and safety of critical aerospace products. As a Software Engineer for our Test Systems Engineering Team, you will: Develop software for automated aerospace test systems using tools such as LabVIEW, Python, C, and Simulink Design, integrate, troubleshoot, and validate test equipment used to verify flight control actuation systems Work closely with Electrical, Mechanical, Software, and Systems Engineers to solve technical challenges and optimize test system performance Participate in design reviews
