The opportunity We are looking for a Senior Software Developer to join the Product Engineering team in support of our Member Services division. As part of a team, you will be responsible for the development of processes across the full software development lifecycle, from business ask through to production implementation in support of the Member Services strategic initiatives. Who you'll work with The Member Services Product Engineering team is comprised of software developers and testers operating in several agile delivery squads. As part of one of those squads, you will work collaboratively in a cross-functional agile team to bring new features and platform enhancements from conception to release by interacting with product owners, consumers, and external product and delivery teams. What you'll do Implement high quality and well-designed systems under the direction of a supervisor or project leader. Develop personal plans and the task details appropriate for the on-time completion of all work assignments. Participate in the project planning of software development tasks, testing, deployment and maintenance. Maintain currency in technological trends and directions through research/education/self-motivated technology experimentation. Strive to evolve our technical environment and practices.
