Job Summary: The Analytics Solutions Architect will be responsible for helping to upkeep best practices across their team through maintenance of documentation, training materials and QA processes. They will be responsible for more impactful projects and more technically advanced implementations. They will support with scoping opportunities as they come in, using their knowledge to understand client challenges & propose required solutions. They will be responsible for junior team members, and will support their development through feedback, mentoring & coaching. They will help their reports to independently resolve technical issues and implement solutions autonomously. Key Responsibilities Demonstrate Analytics knowledge and expertise through training materials, and address clients' measurement challenges in senior level discussions. Can lead training sessions & workshops with clients on technical analytics topics within their expertise. Lead and execute advanced analytics deployment projects independently. Design and create comprehensive Measurement Frameworks aligned with Incubeta best practices and client requirements. Provide technical support and expertise to both clients and internal Incubeta teams, including developing training materials. Deliver, maintain, and adapt existing solutions based on received briefs and clear needs. Perform quality assurance (QA) on all technical implementations to ensure required standards are met.
