Описание

The Project Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of projects, co-ordinating the scoping process, assigning resources to tasks, ensuring consistent project delivery and budget pacing, and monitoring project performance and risk. Key Responsibilities Work closely with the Marketing Intelligence Delivery Team to ensure projects are delivered on time and profitably in line with client expectations and Incubeta requirements. Uphold project management best practices for assigned briefs. Ensure client expectations are managed effectively by clearly communicating timelines, requirements, and next steps. Lead on communicating project status with clients on assigned projects. Monitor and optimise profitability and fulfillment to brief on their portfolio of projects. Fulfill success criteria and profitability targets on project portfolio. Collaborate closely with internal teams to understand status and blockers, and set expectations and requirements with clients to support project success. Helps maintain accurate time reporting and milestone tracking from all stakeholders on the project. Leverage project workflow tools & processes for optimal project management. Organise cross-team meetings for your projects, ensuring everyone is aligned on status and next steps. Review resource planner and skills matrix to support assignment decisions for briefs.
