Описание

The Cost Control Manager oversees cost accounting, financial reporting, inventory controls, fixed assets, and CAPEX, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies. Why This Role Matters This role protects company assets, strengthens financial controls, and drives cost efficiency through financial insights. What You Will Do Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end cost closing and reporting. Analyze cost variances, identify financial risks, and recommend cost-saving opportunities. Ensure compliance with SOX, U.S. GAAP, local GAAP, and company policies. Oversee inventory controls, fixed assets, CAPEX, and the Fixed Asset Analyst. Partner with plant operations, engineering, and corporate finance to improve financial performance. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in accounting; MBA or postgraduate degree preferred. 5+ years of Finance, Controlling, or Cost Accounting experience, including leadership experience. Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, local GAAP, SOX, cost accounting, and CAPEX. Experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
